I doubt they can win but if they can keep it close and competitive I hope Kyle let’s Trey continue.

You trade away the draft capital they did and don’t play him. He is clearly not ready, but once you start him, you are committed to playing him. This team isn’t very good as it is. Throw him to the wolves.

I’d rather toss this year away throwing Jimmy to the wolves. Let Trey learn this year like Mahomes did. Fire Shanny and replace him with a competent HC that can coach the guy and go all out next year.

By the way the Cards are going to win this by at least 2 TDs.

They aren’t going to fire Kyle. Lance needs game reps. Best time to have that happen is a throw away year like this one.

We lose this one and we are a 9-8 team at best and likely don’t make the playoffs again.

If we lose this, we’ll be down two losses in the division and probably miss the playoffs. We CAN win this; we have the capability. Whether or not we will…well, that’s not up to me. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

Rookie QB sounds like the perfect excuse to keep with Kyle too.

Lance is even more raw and less experienced than Mahomes or Kap were. If he plays this year and fails it could wreck him. There’s probably friction between Kyle and John/Jed anyway over his handling of the whole situation and not playing Trey yet. I just want Kyle gone more than anything right now.

WR Travis Benjamin has been promoted from the practice squad to the active roster
TE Tanner Hudson and QB Nate Sudfeld have been activated from the practice squad
TE George Kittle has been placed on injured reserve (Sounds like he’s out for 3 weeks minimum, wouldn’t be surprised if they shut him down for the rest of the year.)

Damn it Kittle. This injury isn’t his fault though. Jimmy almost got him killed. I’m glad he avoided a serious injury.

Kittle had two good seasons and is always hurt. So overrated.

I tend to agree MN. He definitely hasn’t lived up to that contract that’s for sure.

Kittle is the best current TE in the league when he’s healthy. I think his injury issues are due to us misusing him and exposing him to injury. He gets hung out to dry too often for any player’s good.

I agree, we should be seeing more 2 TE sets with Dwelley.
GSpot is notorious for hanging him out.

Keep in mind his best year was with BDN & CJ at QB.

I’m hoping for a competitive game with some flashes of awesomeness.
