Maiocco’s take on the last per-season game.

A two QB offense has never worked in pro or college. Maybe the 2nd QB is brought in for 5 gadget plays but that’s about it. I have full confidence Kyle will definitely fuck this up.

Two QBs until a potential playoff contending team loses their QB or for poor play.

I like to think that the front office is hoping for the best case scenario. Seeing Jimmy play above average and a team with playoff aspirations has their QB go down and in turn, will send a future first round draft pick to us for Jimmy. I’m hoping something like this will come to fruition.

IMO – Jimmy has handled this situation like a professional. He knows he’s auditioning for another team and every thing he has said in front of the media and fans has been positive. The dude is a team player with the backing of his squad while everyone knows he’s not gonna be a niner for long.

To a exciting season everyone! LETS GO!

    LMFAO….I can see it happening.
    Maybe he is self-destructive.

I would have traded GSpot in the offseason, run the new pony and waited to pick up a decent backup after roster cuts. I still loved the idea of Stick being Trey’s back up.
If some Vet players didn’t like I would have told them to find a trade.
I like Juice and Kittle but both are expendable, especially with Trey at QB.
I could care less what McGlinchey thinks.
Nobody would give us anything for Juice but we could get a 1st and some for Kittle.

I really do believe Trey’s the future.

Yeah trading Jimmy sounds great until Lance gets hurt and we are stuck with Sudfeld who is worse than Nick Mullens and BeatHard.

I get the sense Lynch and the front office are competent but I don’t think Kyle knows how to run a football team and I don’t think he will ever learn.

The dude is a whiny ass bitch of a toolbag that thinks the 49ers are accountable to him. He is not objective and the only thing he does is find one thing and sit there and whine like a little bitch. Jesus, he works for sports illustrated and barely has 36k subscribers form a nationwide sports magazine, not to mention that most of his youtube posting are his pops taking pity on him and they tape and replay their daily phone calls to each other.

Link Barrows, Kawakimi, Maiocco, Inman or Lee Chan! Cohn may bring up some good points, but normally those comments are coming from stuff the previous five that I mentioned. To put in in perspective, You are linking the fucking World Weekly News magazine you see in the grocery store that complains about BatBoy in Argentina running around fucking the local wildlife creating hybrids when you have access to proper publications like the SF Chronicle or USA Today or the Athletic

I think Kyle is too one dimensional on the run, and a two QB situation has never, ever taken a team to a Super Bowl, much less won one. Kyle is once again trying to prove that he is smarter than his dad instead of just playing football, and we’ll end up suffering for it.

Agreed with Norty. Kyle is always trying to do the thing that nobody expects. It’s out of the box thinking and can be stupid as well.

I hate the thought of a two QB system, the only advantages is the other team having to prep against it and taking them away from other preparations.

A major disadvantage to it is if Lance is in doing some bullshit play and gets hurt, We stuck with Jimmy or Sudafed. I would much rather Jimmy takes the helm till the bye week

The consensus is we can beat the Lions and Eagles with either or both QB……the Packers is a different story. Let’s hope he pulls his head out of ass before then. If he fucks it up and we finish with a losing record, Jed just might cut his ass loose.

I like Grant Cohn. People don’t like him because he’s brutally honest about the team and he’s not as polished as Maiocco. I appreciate his honesty and he says he’s not a fan of the team which is a good thing.
