These really good college coaches should just stay in college. Saban and even Harbaugh saw that life in the NFL basically sucks. Unless you’re Belichick NFL coaches have to answer to too many people. Good and great college coaches are able to micromanage everything especially the players. Rhule will get a hell of a payout if he gets fired though.

College coaches, especially at big schools, commonly have an entire department and a host of boosters to help them with their jobs. In terms of coaching lifestyle, the jump to the NFL is often a step down.

There’s no comparison and the money/perks are often better in college ball.

And the boosters and ADs just stay out of the way for college coaches. Most NFL teams have meddling billionaire owners or entitled pricks like Jed to answer to. And money is better in college like RB said.

There’s a rumor of Harbaugh going to Denver and Fangio staying on as his DC. Crazy but I think it could work. Although I think the Raiders job is the best one because of Carr.
