    Watkins has the physical tools to make a splash. NFL.com has him as #2 on the Undrafted WR list (and Hilliard at #3 for LB’s)

    Watkins popped up a couple times in the draft process as a sleeper and last week I just watched a segment with him being someone’s favorite WR that no body knows. Can’t recall who said it but he might have a place on the roster this year.
