49ers Bring Back Sanu

The 49ers brought back wide receiver Mohamed Sanu on a one-year deal, according to his agent.

The 49ers signed Sanu last season on September 18th only to turn around and cut him on October 6th. Sanu caught one pass for the 49ers in 2020. Will he catch more than that this year, who knows, but it seems like this signing is to provide veteran leadership for however long that lasts.
